Russia says it has killed more than 50 Ukrainian generals who were a Meeting

Russian officials say more than 50 Ukrainian military officials, including generals and members of the General Staff, have been killed in a missile strike.

 

The Russian military says the bomber struck a Ukrainian military base where more than 50 military officials were meeting.

 

According to Moscow, they used a Kalibr-type rocket-propelled grenade launcher at a Ukrainian military base near Dnipro, Ukraine's fourth-largest city, according to Detsche Welle.

 

Russia's Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkv said in a statement that "more than 50 Ukrainian military generals were killed in the attack, including members of the General Staff."

 

He added that Russia had also destroyed the site where damaged tanks were repared in Kharkiv and the 10 Howitzers mortar shells and more than 20 military vehicles in Mykolai, in various airstrikes.
