Why DRC soldier was shot on Rwandan border
After his comrade was shot dead in the war against M23, a DRC soldier turned his gun to Rwandan policemen.
A DRC soldier was killed on the Rwandan border known as Petite Barrière in Rubavu by Rwandan security forces who later sought to avenge a fellow soldier killed in the FARDC war against M23.
According to Actualite.cd in the DRC, reports from local sources said that the FARDC soldier, who was on the battlefield in Rutshuru, was furious after the death of his comrade-in-arms, so he immediately decided to commit suicide.
According to the newspaper, so far all activities are closed in Birere Region of Goma.
